Die internationale eSports Organisation Fnatic präsentiert ihr neues Quake Team.

Auch früher sorgte Fnatic für Schlagzeilen in der Quake/Duel Szene mit Spielern wie Ztrider, 2GD, VoO, Cypher. Seit dem ersten Release von Quake Live schaute sich das Management nach einem passendem Team um und gestern wurden vier europäische Top-Spieler verpflichtet. Das neue Fnatic.QL Lineup besteht aus:

• Pierre-Emeric “link1n” Portier
• Sebastian “Spart1e” Siira
• Alessandro “Stermy” Avallone
• David “deus” Kinnaird

Das ganze Team fliegt zur QuakeCon und wird an beiden Duel und CTF Wettbewerben teilnehmen. Die Zusammenarbeit mit Stermy begrenzt sich im Moment ausschließlich auf QuakeCon, wie beide Parteien danach zusammen arbeiten wird nach dem Event festgelegt.

I’m really looking forward for the tournament. I have never been to a QuakeCon event before, but I’ve seen a lot of pictures and videos about it and it looks very nice. I really want to play against the Americans and show them that Europe is definitely present! I hope the tournament will run smooth, we’ll see! I’m going to bring my camera, so I’ll try to make something sweet afterwards!
