Hey Tony! I am moppz from the german community page www.derquaker.com. You know me because I am almost the best streamer and caster ever. And I know you, because everybody knows you. Somebody told me that Chuck Norris wants to be like Tony? But let us start with some other questions first.

What is your name?

Hi moppz and hi to all the fraggers! I’m Antonio Servilio, but everybody calls me Tony from my birth, you know, every italian mafioso with my name has that nickname.

Where are you from?

I’m from Rome, Italy.

How have you become the most amazing pro gamer in Quaklive?

*laughs* first I am not a progamer, I never had a coin from playing Quake. All started at the UGC (Ultimate Gaming Championship) the tournament organized by my friend Stermy. I went there with my wife and daughter to go on holiday at that nice place (Lignano Sabbiadoro) and to meet some old quake friends and the FAMOUS PROGAMERS!!11!111 !

Before going there I told everybody that I would like to face the progamers on an FFA, because on duel I have no chance, they are too strong and I am not trained for playing so serious duels. I played my group matches on the duel tournament versus strenx, madix and aireth. The first match, versus madix was on ztn, I had a bad start, but I did a nice comeback and I lost “only” about 3-4 frags, I do not remember. The second map was on dm13, I got raped and I flipped on the lava many times *laughs*. The second match was versus strenx, you know what  happened, I got raped on dm13 and on t7, but till the game finished I tried to do something, screaming on strenx about the frags and going in rage every time I got fragged.

After this match Trance called me for an interview with 2gd and Joe, that showed me the Facebook fanpage and the people trolling me on IRC. They also asked me about my challenge on FFA versus the pros, and I said “yeah I want kick the pro asses on FFA, or maybe try”. After this hype all the guys was laughing on IRC and Esreality and they organized the FFA SPECIAL, you know what happened.

What do you play next to Quake?

I play Quake only. I started playing quake on 1997-98 at my friends home (I did not had a computer) we got a CD-ROM with a Quake 1 demo, we played it thousands of times spraying cum around. In 98 my friend started playing q2 singleplayer, after months he got the q2 patch for playing online, FUCK!!!! epic news, we thought “we finished quake 1 and 2 many times, we will rape everybody online!”. Ah, I forgot to say that we were playing with KEYBOARD ONLY. You can imagine what happened when we joined the servers with our 14.4k modem, we got raped moving through the map without mouse and without always run -_-.

In september 98 I got a computer and started training to become the best (Yes at that time we understood all about using a mouse,config and other stuff). In march 99 I participated in the TULLS SPRING BREAK, LAN party organized by the historical italian clan, lot of rumors about me on LAN because online I was playing with 200 ping and pwning half italy. I made the second place on 1on1 tournament, losing by only 1 frag against the italian 1on1 champ. On september of that year I went to the QUIT, Quake Italian Tournament, and naturally I won I got the revenge on the final vs the old champ that beat me at the previous LAN. In 1999 I also won Q2CTF League with my clan “DOG”

At the end of 99 we all started playing Quake3, I never loved the Q3 duel, due to the camping style of playing, so I started playing TDM. Also on q3 I participated in all italian Lanparty, some online cups like eurocup (DOG clan and Marauders-squad) and nationscup. I also went to the Fragfest (invited, long story ) and PZZ Lan where I won the TDM tournament with Marauders Squad. It was many years ago and I do not remember the year, maybe 2002. On q3 I have got nice result on some other tournament, and also won the FFA at the ILP (Italian Lan Party) in 2001 *laughs*, after 2002-2003 I played only occasionally.

Q4 was a fail for me, played for some months and then went back to farm on World of Warcraft -_-. I started playing Quakelive since beta, after 7-8 months I stopped it, due to motivation and came back some months ago for fun, playing FFA, that is the easiest mode to play, without much brain and training, till now, preparing my bags for going to Dreamhack this Friday.

Are you happy with the way your FFA tourney goes right now?

The -FFA- Clan is fantastic, we are organizing FFA tournaments every Sunday, with lot of success, more than 100 players per tournament. It is all about these guys that organize everything, someone did the website, another one is admin, again another guy gives the prize from HIS OWN POUCH, all for having fun and make a friendship community. I want to spend some words for all my mates of the clan. All began when “FI” called me saying “hi, due to the many question about who is the best FFA player, I am organizing some matches with the best FFA players of statistics, and u are one of them, do u want participate?” What do u think I answered? “SURE” We played some FFA on private servers, fantastic games, 10 players who know how to play an FFA for win, I remember there was me, visje, yakumo, stesamo and other very good players. After this FFA challenge I said to those guys “do you want to make a team of FFA players for playing some nice FFA together and maybe join the Clanbase opencup?”

I have got consents from visje, ipodjunk, stesamo and of course FI, our master. We created an IRC channel (#ffa-clan) to meet in the night and to play some games, I remember when we were 4-5 on channel, and now, after the UGC, after our popularity for the FFA tournaments we are every day more and more, and for this I am very happy, we created a little community of friends who only want to FRAG and have fun. One day I came back home, watched IRC and one guy, from another clan gave a link to a website, HE MADE a website for our clan, nobody asked him, he made it for us, because he liked our noobish story, thanks to you for the website PRIEZ, and thanks to PEAVEY for buying the .com domain –> www.ffa-clan.com

Are your Clanmates happy that the world recognized the unbelievable Tony at the UGC LAN? Or are you stealing their Fame?

FAME? ‘laughs* I am not stealing fame from anybody, it just happened, I was not trying to become famous losing by 30 frags against strenx *laughs*. My clan mates are all nice guys, everyday I receive requests to join my clan. I accept everybody who wants play with us and have fun. The clan is made of all kinds of players, some are good, trying to pwn around, some are worse but are friends, so, who cares? We are a small family, everybody does something. Thanks to all of you mates, I love you.

How can you handle the big fame? A lot of girls want to have sex, children and family with you. A lot of boys too!

Yeah I have got a couple of indecent requests, but I love my wife and my daughter *smiles*. My young baby likes to watch VODs of the matches everybody laughs a lot. My wife not that much, but she has got a Qaukelive account, too, and she already played in past.

After your great success in playing Quakelive do you still have a job? What kind of job is it?

Yeah after the success I did not got money, in fact I spent money for paying the prize of the FFA tournament #1 and #2 (prizes for actual tournaments are concess to PSX) Btw I work on my family business, we sell  TRUCKS & VANS.

Ok, you do the job for fun? You must have enough money because of your big sponsorship right now?

*laughs* about the sponsorship, I love my job, I grew up on this company and I like to sell vehicles because I can change my car whenever I want.

Why do you still play for -FFA-? I heared that SK Gaming wants you to play for them? You trust in your clan is it true?

Yeah got lot of request from all the biggest progaming clans, but I will play in my -FFA- clan for life *smiles*.

What equipment do you use for playing Quake? I heared that you just have to look on the monitor and then everything works automaticly? Mindcontrol?

Yeah I can see quake in a matrix style, but for handicap I like playing like “normal” people, using a 120hz lcd  monitor, qck+, intellimouse (but I change mouse and cfg every time I lose, that means many times at day)

What do you think about the future of Quakelive and the big FFA tourney on the Dreamhack?

I hope that the big sponsor does something for Quakelive, Quake is the most amazing game ever and needs to be played on the biggest tournaments around the world like in past, wcg, cpl and others. The FFA tourney will be funny, the dreamhack is full of great players and playing high skill FFA will be so hard, I hope to beat some pros to play the grand final.

Who will win that tourney? I think you will give a chance to the other players, don’t you?

Yeah I said before that I will play like a normal, using mouse and keyboard, so a couple of players can compete for the WIN.
